and that the driver might then still be picking up as many as 4 or 5 other groups, so we couldn't count on getting to the airport before 8:20 a.m. However, when I called the evening before to confirm, a different agent said that there is a 20-minute window, so a 7 a.m. pickup because the agent on the phone told us it would get to the airport by 7:40 a.m. For the return trip, we had booked a 7 a.m. Pick-ups to return to the airport are booked only on the hour. It ended up being 35 minutes, and I'm not sure why, because the other group that shared our van had been waiting for at least 20 of those minutes. Then once we arrived and checked in at the All Resorts Desk, we were told 25-30 minutes. The email confirmation said it would be a 15-20 minute wait. We booked by phone, because the online site was not working, and were told it would be a 10-15 minute wait once we arrived at the airport. We opted for the shared van, rather than a private ride, for the lower cost, and it generally worked out - but there were definitely issues with communication.
